What is the difference between human hands and the Whiz Series?

Cleaning by human hands
People tend to give priority to cleaning dirt that can be seen visually and may overlook inconspicuous dirt or hidden dust.

Cleaning with Whiz
Because Whiz cleans automatically according to a predetermined route, it provides high-quality and even floor cleaning.
In addition, the system generates less dust compared to when people clean the floor, reducing the amount of airborne bacteria to approximately one-fifth of the amount.

How much can the amount of airborne bacteria be reduced?
Whiz is equipped with a HEPA filter*1, and measurements of the amount of airborne bacteria in the air with the microbe sensor BM-300C have shown that the introduction of Whiz can reduce the amount of airborne bacteria to about one fifth of its usual level.*2

How does the Whiz Series fit in with today's new lifestyle?
Whiz can be utilized to create cleaner and healthier spaces.
According to the findings of a study on Huoshenshan Hospital (Wuhan) published by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the U.S., viruses were found in the facility's outdoor air filters, floors, and on people's shoe soles at levels 10 to 50 times more than on the gloves of healthcare workers and the masks of patients. Since a considerable amount of viruses adhere to floor surfaces, it is important to ensure that floors are cleaned evenly on a daily basis.
Nevertheless, Japan's cleaning industry is facing a shortage of human resources due to the country's declining birthrate, aging population, and changing social conditions. As such, Whiz will help to improve work efficiency so that people can focus on more important tasks, thereby reducing the burden on workers and creating job satisfaction.
By having Whiz autonomously clean corridors, a task at which it excels, and having human workers clean narrow corridors and areas under desks, a collaboration is born between workers and Whiz that can achieve both labor savings and high quality work performance.

What are the contract plans and monthly rental rates?

Regular delivery of consumable supplies
- Whiz: Paper bags delivered every 2 months; brushes and HEPA filters every 6 months.
- Whiz i: Paper bags, brushes, blades, and HEPA filters delivered every 3 months.

- *Whiz/Whiz i rates and payment methods vary depending on the type of contract. As such, we will respond to each customer individually.
- *Subscription plan: An administration fee will be charged even if the subscription is cancelled during the free-of-charge period.
- *Term rental plans: If you wish to cancel during the contract period, the remaining balance will be settled and billed to you.

GLOBESHIP provides initial support services to facilities adopting Whiz, as well as after support services to help address issues following its introduction.
We have already introduced 239 units of the Whiz Series throughout Japan, which are currently in use at various facilities (as of December 31, 2022).
Initial support services include planning and consultations on how to operate Whiz, route creation and test runs, and explanations of how to operate the system.
After support services include route re-creation for layout changes, etc., and route creation and test runs for additional areas.
