GLOBESHIP started a new journey in 2015 after Biru Daiko and Nihon Building Service, two pioneers of the building management industry, joined forces. Counting from the founding of the two predecessors, it has a history of more than 70 years. Under our corporate philosophy to contribute to creating environmentally friendly, safe, and comfortable customer environments as well as to employee happiness and societal development, we have continued to take on various challenges to remain an industry leader in the creation of comfortable environments over these years.

Each of our staff always thinks about what they can do for the customers and work on daily tasks with motivation and pride. For example, as the declining birth rate and the aging population have become major social issues, we have engaged in productivity improvement and labor saving through digital transformation from an early stage. Recently, we have been promoting Facility Management Digital Transformation (FMDX) by incorporating robots and other technologies to make facility management, which is inherently labor-intensive, more creative. This initiative has been highly valued by our customers and is becoming a standard for commissioned services.

After all, it is human resources that support these initiatives. We are focusing on recruiting diverse human resources, including foreign nationals, and enhancing training programs for each employee to improve their capacities and work energetically. Expert staff will handle customer needs in each field. Regardless of which contact point customers may approach us from, our one-stop customer service offers inspirational solutions that earns us the trust of our customers.
